Before you post a support ticket please follow those steps:
- Update our theme (and plugins) to last version and check again
- Disable third party plugins that were not delivered with the theme and test again
When you submit a ticket, please include:
- Purchase Code( Find purchase code )
- Link to your site (or specific page where you see the problem)
- For WordPress theme please include a WordPress login
- Update our theme to last version before submit ticket
