Before you post a support ticket please follow those steps:

  1. Update our theme (and plugins) to last version and check again
  2. Disable third party plugins that were not delivered with the theme and test again

When you submit a ticket, please include:

  1. Purchase Code( Find purchase code )
  2. Link to your site (or specific page where you see the problem)
  3. For WordPress theme please include a WordPress login
  4. Update our theme to last version before submit ticket
